No walk-ins at this time. You can always call us directly to schedule an appointment at 646-673-3323 during regular business hours or for any questions you may have concerning our services.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule, please call the salon directly at 646-673-3323. We require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Please be aware that we charge for missed appointments.
PUNCTUALITY POLICY
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late for your appointment might result in your appointment being rescheduled since it will cause the guest after you to wait. Be courteous to the next customer after you.
BOOKING SERVICES POLICY
Please note that each guest must be booked for seperate appointments. Each guest most be booked for their service only Please do not book a service and then add additional people in the notes section. Each service has a time slot and forcing appointments can result in your appointment being rescheduled or canceled. Only book for the service(s) you will be receiving. If you wish to book additional services please book them separately for each guest
