Bourbon Street Nola Seafood is a family-owned, Creole-style food truck and catering company showcasing New Orleans classics, including po’boys, boiled seafood, gumbo & fried catfish. Derrick Brown, the current owner of Bourbon Street Nola Seafood and previous co-owner of Bourbon Street Fish & Grill in Inglewood, is expanding the business and pursuing catering opportunities. Inspired by his father, Johnali, who was the cook for 5C’s in Los Angeles, Brown hopes to continue providing the community and all of Southern California with top-quality seafood, and a unique southern experience, rich in Creole heritage.
